“It was nice to see good old fashion customer service still exists. I had a room get wet from a small flood. I tried calling other services but couldn’t get anyone right way. I called William and within 30 mins he was at my door and ready to work. He went above and beyond, coming back to periodically check on the dryers and then cleaned all my carpets. Everything was cleaned up before the weekend ended.”
